High quality architectural plans

Each home that we build is unique and different. We choose house plans that are not “typical” and instead take a step back and think of how people really use their homes to ensure that the design is seamless and integrated into everyday life.
 

Magazine style design

We truly love what we do and we design each home as if we were building it for ourselves. We choose interesting paint colors, tiles, counter tops and lighting. We add in spectacular hardwood, banisters, and fireplaces. Also particular attention is paid to backsplashes, door handles, and uniquely framed mirrors in the bathrooms. A Wynn Home is unique and different from the moment you see it.

Prebuilt low maintenance decks

Most new homes leave the deck building to you and as a result you eventually get around to building a deck two or three years AFTER you move in. With Wynn Homes, we not only build the deck for you but we install a low maintenance deck system that means you just relax and enjoy your deck. Our decks feature aluminum and/or glass railing and Duradek Waterproof Vinyl decking.

Acid stain floors

Every Wynn Home has a feature few others have – an acid stained concrete floor in the lower level. We ensure that every lower level floor has in-floor heating not just roughed in but connected and operating. We then apply a unique acid stain to the floor. The colours are earth tone colors ranging from a brilliant copper to a dark espresso and a wide variety of colors in between. Acid stain results in a warm stunning floor that resembles gorgeous old marble or stone.

Small mechanical rooms

We have eliminated the big bulky hot water tank heaters and now install only small, wall mounted on-demand water heaters that are up to 34% more energy efficient than conventional hot water tanks. Our homes have a green footprint with many long-term cost saving elements.
 

Large functional garages

We build oversized garages so you can park your vehicles with ease. In addition, we add hot and cold water wash-up sinks and fully complete the garage with operating in-floor heat so that those cold winter mornings are much toastier.
